The 2010s saw cloud brokerages emerge with reduced splits, lower caps, and revenue share.  Teams started to emerge as the dominant player in the industry; however, only the influencers benefited.  Running a team became increasingly more difficult with splits, caps, transaction fees, annual fees, monthly fees with the broker taking 50% of the revenue and redistributing it to the recruiters focused on downlines.   Now it is time for Team Leaders to break free from splits, caps, revenue sharing, and become the true Sovereign CEOs and start focusing on selling and building an empire.

For decades, big-box franchises have convinced agents to pay 10% to 40% of their income for the privilege of putting a corporate logo on their yard sign. They told you that their balloon, their rock, or their name was the reason the phone rang.
